Program Assistant/Translator

SUMMARY:

Provides comprehensive administrative and program support to ensure the effective operation of Head Start services. Performs a broad range of clerical and organizational duties, including report preparation, records management, inventory tracking, and coordination of special projects. Maintains accurate documentation and supports compliance with program requirements. Delivers professional interpretation and translation services in both oral and written formats to support family engagement and access to services. Translates program materials, correspondence, and official documents, and provides real-time interpretation for meetings, phone calls, and events while maintaining confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
