Demonstrated, in-depth experience in special education settings during your two years in schools—this is a non-negotiable prerequisite. Flexibility and openness to work with any grade level or caseload, including responsibilities such as toileting and diapering. Dependability in meeting attendance standards; punctuality and accurate timekeeping via mandatory sign-in/out sheets are essential for compensation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver consistent one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Collaborate with special education teachers and related staff to carry out instructional strategies and individualized education plans. Provide personal care as required, ensuring students' comfort, dignity, and well-being. Maintain thorough documentation of hours worked and activities performed, in line with school protocols.
