Duties Assist in the implementation of engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of 4-7 year old children. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a nurturing classroom environment. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Experience Previous experience in elementary or preschool settings is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles, particularly in early education settings. Skills in lesson planning and curriculum development are highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
