Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in keeping a Montessori environment based on the Montessori philosophy.
- Provide care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage children in educational activities, including early childhood education subjects.
- Support children with special needs by implementing individualized education plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and nurturing educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
