Gaowa is currently seeking caring, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our team as an Assistant /Floater Teacher. We are looking for teachers who are passionate about working with children and creating a positive, nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities and supervision Supporting children's learning, play, and social development Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Helping with transitions, meals, nap time, and outdoor play Providing coverage and support across classrooms as needed Communicating professionally with staff and families Adhering to all Title 22 rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Experience working with young children preferred Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and flexible Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Must meet all licensing requirements Before submitting your resume or calling, please review the following requirements carefully: This is a full-time position with working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. These hours are not flexible, as morning and afternoon coverage is required.
