Schedule:

New Skills :
Training will be provided at our Corporate Training Center in Pasadena. We believe in nurturing your growth, and you'll be trained in our exclusive, highly-effective Gluck Method•no prior art teaching experience is needed!

Duration :
6-8 weeks
Initial Schedule :
Tuesday•
Friday :
9:30 AM•4:30 PM (Training)
Saturday :
8:30 AM•3:30 PM (In-Studio Training/Instructing) Mileage pay may apply for travel during training. After training, your schedule will be flexible and tailored to our weekly class assignments, including working at one or more studio locations.
Your Responsibilities:
Master the
Gluck Method :
Learn and teach our exclusive art techniques to children, guiding their artistic development.
Inspire Creativity :
Support students as they progress in their artistic skills, helping them achieve their personal best.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with our team to grow and improve our student programs, keeping a pulse on the latest trends and techniques in art education. Engage with the
Community :
Participate in studio events and community outreach, sharing the magic of art with families in your area.
Clear Communication :
Help students and parents understand the value of our curriculum and art instruction methods.

Passionate About Art & Education :
You don't need to be a seasoned art teacher•just bring enthusiasm for teaching and a love of helping others create! Eager to
Learn :
Our proprietary method makes you an expert, so all you need is the drive to learn and grow.
Great Communicator :
Comfort with communicating with the public about our classes and method of instruction is key.
Team-Oriented :
We work together to help our students and company thrive. A team player is essential!
Background :
High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills are a plus. Previous management experience is also a plus!
