Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a Paraprofessional or in a similar instructional support role Ability to follow teacher directions and implement lesson modifications Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, educators, and parents Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in supporting students' academic and social development High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant paraprofessional certification preferred Knowledge of classroom management strategies is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
