• Full-time Full-Time Assistant Teacher Compensation:

• 23/hour (depending on qualifications and experience) We are seeking a warm, dependable, and energetic Assistant Teacher to join our Montessori school community.

This full-time position supports classroom teachers and helps create a nurturing, engaging learning environment for our students. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children of different ages and being part of a collaborative school team. Hours will be scheduled within our school's operating day and may vary based on program needs. What You'll Do Support lead teachers in preschool and toddler classrooms Help implement fun and engaging learning activities Create a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment Assist with daily classroom routines and transitions Work collaboratively with teachers and staff Qualifications Minimum 12 ECE units required (per Community Care Licensing) Infant/Toddler units required 1+ year experience working with young children in a preschool setting Livescan clearance and health screening (including TB test) required Montessori experience preferred but not required Candidates without the required ECE units must be willing to enroll in courses upon hire. Applicants who are Montessori trained, currently in training, or interested in Montessori certification are strongly encouraged to apply. Montessori training sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
