Job Description

Description St. Mary Magdalen School is seeking a dependable, positive individual to support our school as a lunchtime supervisor, roving instructional aid and after school program supervisor and closer, serving students ranging from TK through 8th grade. The hours for this position are approximately Monday through Friday 11:30-5:30.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and other assigned duties Prepare instructional materials, copies, bulletin boards, and classroom organization Assist with grading, record keeping, and clerical tasks as directed by the teacher Ensure students in extended care follow established routines for homework, snack time, outdoor play, and indoor activities. Monitor student health and safety, administer basic first aid when necessary, and respond appropriately to emergencies. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming afterschool environment. This position is approximately 30 hours per week and involves supporting and supervising students in a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment. This is a benefit eligible position. Wage Range The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs. Requirements
  • High School diploma required. B.A. or A.A. preferred.
