Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Experience as a paraprofessional or behavior specialist in a school or related setting Demonstrated ability to implement positive behavior interventions and supports for children and adolescents Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and IEP/behavior support plan protocols Effective communication and teamwork abilities with staff, students, and families Patience, adaptability, and a true passion for helping children reach their potential
Core Responsibilities:
