Schedule Required:

Monday-Friday, 1-6 PM (2 PM start ok on some days), and Saturday, 11:30-2:30 PM Additional flexible remote hours potentially available Responsibilities Inspire students to love math and support their learning success Assist the Center Director with student assessments and learning plans Coach instructors and ensure the Mathnasium Method™ is followed Manage center operations including instructor and student sessions scheduling, behavior, and student experience Center upkeep, organization and decorations Run the center and handle parent / lead conversions when the Director is away Communicate progress and build strong relationships with families Qualifications Strong math skills and passion for education Excellent communication and organizational abilities Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn Tech savvy with Slack, RingCentral, Excel Leadership and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree required If you're motivated to make a lasting difference and grow your career in education, we'd love to meet you!

Pay:
