Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in an educational setting preferred Familiarity with school routines and classroom management Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude Collaborates well with teachers, staff, and students Ability to follow instructions and work independently High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus Must pass standard background checks
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students under teacher direction Assist with classroom activities, lesson preparation, and instructional materials Support students with special needs in both academic and social settings Help maintain a safe and welcoming classroom atmosphere Supervise students in various settings including classrooms, cafeterias, and playgrounds Contribute to a collaborative, respectful school culture Record and report observations on student progress to teaching staff Embrace a rewarding role empowering students to reach their fullest potential.
