Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Experience as a paraprofessional or behavior aide in school settings Skillful in supporting students with a variety of behavioral and learning needs Ability to work under the direction of teachers and special education staff Patient, flexible, and adaptable approach to changing environments Strong communication and interpersonal abilities High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in education or behavioral intervention is a plus Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Key Responsibilities:
