Job Description

Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Support the next generation of learners by working as a paraprofessional in a vibrant elementary school setting. This contract position offers a consistent, full-time schedule during the 2026-2027 school year. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with teachers and students, making a meaningful impact every day.
Key Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting preferred Comfortable working with elementary-aged children Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach Ability to support diverse student needs in a classroom environment Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities
Responsibilities:
Work alongside classroom teachers to provide individualized and group support to students Assist in implementing lesson plans, educational activities, and behavioral strategies Help students with classwork, organization, and social interactions as needed Provide classroom supervision to ensure a safe and positive learning environment Adapt instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required This opportunity will give you steady hours at 37.5 per week while immersing you in a collaborative, supportive elementary environment.
