Pine Ridge Elementary School is seeking a caring and dedicated Title I Instructional Aide to support students through targeted academic intervention and instructional assistance during the 2026/2027 school year. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with students, building positive relationships, and helping children grow in confidence both academically and socially. ABOUT THE ROLE
Title 1 Instructional Aides work under the direction of certificated staff and site administration to provide instructional support to students. The aide will work with individual students and small groups to reinforce classroom instruction, support skill development, and encourage student engagement in learning. This position may include supporting students in reading, writing, math, language development, and computer-assisted instructional programs while helping maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment. We are looking for someone who can:
- Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth
- Reinforce classroom instruction through small group and individual support
- Assist with classroom routines, instructional activities, and learning centers
- Encourage student confidence, independence, and engagement
- Maintain patience, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited college; OR Completion of two years of college coursework (48 semester units); OR Passage of the District-approved Instructional Paraprofessional Assessment Letter(s) of Reference (Please attach three (3) current letters of Reference or Recommendation) Resume (Please attach your current resume.)
