Make a Difference That Matters, Every Single Day Cedarwood Elementary School is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and driven 1:1 SDC Instructional Aide to join our team in a 6.5-hour per day position supporting one of our incredible students. What You'll Do Provide individualized support to a student with special needs in a structured classroom setting Assist with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development Partner closely with teachers and specialists to implement student plans Help create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment Be a calm, steady, and positive influence, especially in moments that matter most What We're Looking For Someone who is patient, empathetic, and resilient A team player who thrives in a collaborative, student-centered environment Strong communication skills and a heart for helping students succeed Experience with children or special education is a plus—but passion and commitment matter most
