Professional in appearance and demeanor, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with renters, event directors, staff, and the public. Comfortable using basic computer programs and learning venue-specific systems and production processes. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to navigate changing schedules, fast-paced event needs, and varying levels of technical knowledge among facility users. In This Role, You Will Provide technical support for productions and events, with a primary focus on sound and lighting . Assist with the preparation and execution of theater productions, community events, concerts, and cultural programming held at City facilities. Support renters and event directors by helping them navigate production needs and by maintaining a high level of professionalism and service throughout events. Work in a professional performing arts theater environment to help ensure events run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Utilize technical theater knowledge, basic computer skills, and sound judgment to respond to live production demands in a timely and effective manner. Contribute to a positive patron and client experience by collaborating with staff and providing courteous, solution-oriented support.
