Now Hiring:
Part-Time Program Aid at The Kinship Center (Roseville, CA) Are you passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals in a fun, inclusive, and community-focused environment? The Kinship Center is seeking a Part-Time Program Aid to join our team and help facilitate engaging social groups, activities, and events.
About Us:
The Kinship Center is a nonprofit community space designed to foster connection, social skills, and confidence in neurodivergent youth and young adults. Our programs include game nights, group activities, interest-based clubs (like Pokémon, D&D, video games, board games, Magic the Gathering), and weekend hangouts.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and friendships Lead and engage participants in activities (gaming, group games, social challenges) Support participants with social skills, communication, and engagement Implement and reinforce program expectations consistently Manage low to moderate behavior challenges using calm, structured redirection Act as a role model for Junior Program Aides Provide guidance and support to newer staff during sessions Communicate important updates or concerns to leadership Maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment Assist with daily operational tasks (setup, cleaning, snacks, resets)
Requirements:
Experience working with youth or individuals with special needs especially autism Patient, reliable, and engaging Comfortable interacting with both participants and families Available to work weekday evenings and Saturdays Self-starter with a passion for helping youth find their place.
Position Details:
Part-time (18 hours/week Tues-Sat) Schedule includes weekday evenings and

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
