Application Deadline 6/1/2026 5:00 PM Pacific Date Posted 5/22/2026 Contact Number of Openings 1 Salary Pay Range $24.33 - $31.43 Per Hour Length of Work Year M-F; 6.5 Hrs/Day; 183 Days/Yr Employment Type Full Time Job Summary Job Summary Under the general supervision of the Principal and under the direction of the Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Paraeducator assists certificated and classified staff by providing classroom support to students in need of intensive behavior interventions using advanced behavior management techniques in the Therapeutic Intervention Program.

Qualifications Education and Experience:
Education as required by the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015: High school diploma or equivalent AND two (2) years of higher education study (48 semester units) OR possession of an Associate's or higher degree OR met a rigorous standard of quality and able to demonstrate, through a formal State or local academic assessment, knowledge or and the ability to assist in instructing, reading, writing and mathematics Two (2) years' experience working in an educational setting with students who need significant behavior interventions
Licenses and Certifications:
Possession of an appropriate valid California Driver's License with evidence of insurability First Aid Complete approved MCOE Crisis Intervention Program within 60 days of employment and maintains valid certification CPR Certification within six (6) months of employment Copy of Transcript (48 units or AA degree with conferred date) Letter of Introduction Proof of HS Graduation Resume Requirements /
