Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Support students' educational journeys as a valued paraprofessional in a school-based setting near San Francisco, CA. Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and classroom management. Foster an engaging, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for students with varying abilities. Provide one-on-one or small group support based on student needs and IEPs, as directed by teaching staff. Help implement lesson plans, educational activities, and accommodations. Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in positive ways. Maintain accurate records and communicate student progress to teachers or specialists. Assist with routine tasks, classroom organization, and supervision during transitions or activities.
