In this role, you will support classroom teachers in creating an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children across early childhood and preschool levels. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster a love of learning while ensuring each child's individual needs are met. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with students, develop meaningful relationships, and contribute to their academic and social growth. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including early childhood development basics and social-emotional learning. Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and facilitating behavior management strategies. Help create a safe, organized classroom environment by preparing materials, managing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Foster inclusive classroom experiences that promote early childhood education principles such as Montessori or preschool methodologies. Support children's social skills development through play, structured activities, and one-on-one interactions. Collaborate with teachers on classroom activities and daycare basics (feeding, diaper changing, naptime routine, etc.). Experience Prior experience working with children 6 months through 5 years old preferred. Classroom or admin management skills gained through previous experiences.
