Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly qualified Associate Teacher .The ideal candidate will bring extensive teaching experience, preferably with university-level exposure, and possess a strong commitment to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. This role involves designing and delivering curriculum, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall academic excellence of our institution. The Master Teacher will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience and ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Deliver engaging instruction to diverse student populations, fostering critical thinking and active participation Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations; provide constructive feedback Mentor and support less experienced teachers and teaching assistants Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance metrics Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and licensing regulations related to CDE title 22 and title 5. Collaborate with administrative staff to organize professional development activities and curriculum enhancements Maintain a clean classroom daily Delegate work amongst the teachers in the classroom Participate in school meetings, committees, and community outreach initiatives as needed Experience Proven experience as a teacher at the university level or equivalent teaching role Demonstrated ability to design engaging curricula that meet diverse learning needs Experience working with students from varied backgrounds is preferred Prior involvement in professional development programs or higher education institutions is advantageous Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for education are essential for success in this role
