Under the direction of certificated staff and site administrators, the Instructional Aide - Special Education provides instructional, behavioral, and classroom support to students receiving special education services. The aide assists in implementing individualized learning activities, reinforces academic instruction, supports positive behavior strategies, and helps create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student independence and success.
