In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging whole-child environment tailored specifically for toddlers. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans focused on early childhood development and classroom activities suitable for two-year-old's Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, and independence Help with diapering, feeding, and other toddler care routines in accordance with health and safety standards Experience 1 year + classroom experience with toddlers. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices is essential Demonstrated ability to manage behavior positively and effectively in a classroom environment 6 ECE units or Assistant Teacher Permit required.
