Preschool Teacher & Aide

Job Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool Teacher & Aide, where you will play a vital role in fostering an engaging Christian educational environment for young learners. This dynamic position combines classroom management, curriculum development, and direct interaction with children to promote their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Whether guiding preschoolers through foundational skills or supporting our Tk students in preparing for kindergarten, you will help shape the future by inspiring curiosity and a love of learning. Paid positions are available for both experienced educators, aides and enthusiastic newcomers eager to make a positive impact. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support early childhood development. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and social interaction among children. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to ensure smooth operations. Support children's individual needs through early intervention strategies and special education techniques when necessary. Engage in ongoing communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and welfare. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, classroom management strategies, and child welfare initiatives to enhance educational quality. Experience Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management within early childhood education environments. Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management strategies suitable for young learners. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children's families. Classroom experience involving literacy education, math instruction, physical education, or tutoring is advantageous.
