Responsibilities Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Guide children through daily routines and transitions Encourage problem-solving, independence, and positive peer interactions Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom Observe and document children's growth and development Communicate effectively with families regarding children's progress Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrators Follow all licensing and health & safety requirements

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 6 ECE units completed (or currently enrolled if fewer than 12 units) At least 6 months of experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, positive, and professional attitude Passion for working with young children
