Job Description

  • Hiring Para Educators for Next School Year!
  • The Para Educators supports students who require instructional and/or behavioral assistance under the direction of the special education department, classroom teacher, or designated supervisor. This role may also involve providing personal care, physical mobility support, and therapeutic assistance as outlined by a rehabilitation specialist, social worker, or other qualified health professional.
  • Location:
  • School District in Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, etc.
  • Pay:
  • $20-21/hr (depends on experience)
  • Minimum Requirements
  • + High school diploma or equivalent + MUST have related experience to support SPED + Current CPR certification, if required + Completed TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest X-ray, if required + Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulations) + Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations + Must be at least 18 years of age
