Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development, curriculum planning, and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in preschool-aged children
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured daily routine
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Utilize behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior
- Experience
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
- Experience working in a daycare or private school setting is a plus
