Tucked away in the heart of Broomfield, our school has a relaxed, collaborative community atmosphere where we work to support the growth and development of young children through authentic Montessori education. We are always interested in connecting with caring, experienced educators and welcome resumes and inquiries for current and future opportunities within our: Infant classrooms Toddler classrooms Primary classrooms We may have opportunities for: Lead Teachers Assistant Teachers Float/Substitute Support Staff Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children in a preschool, childcare, or Montessori setting Early Childhood Teacher qualified in the State of Colorado (or willingness to become qualified) Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE accredited) required for Lead positions Strong understanding and appreciation of Montessori philosophy and respectful guidance Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and families Dependable, organized, and nurturing presence CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to meet the physical requirements of working in an early childhood environment, including lifting, sitting on the floor, and active supervision outdoors
