Job Description

High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass criminal background check required Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment. Support children in their daily routines and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Help implement lesson plans and engage students in educational games and activities. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative atmosphere. Observe and document children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to the lead teacher. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
