Our infant classroom is the foundation of everything we do, and we take that responsibility seriously. We are seeking a qualified, experienced Assistant Infant Teacher who understands the expectations of working in a licensed childcare environment and is passionate about providing high-quality infant care. Responsibilities Work closely with the Infant Supervisor to provide consistent, responsive care for infants Support infants' physical, emotional, social, and developmental growth Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment Follow all Colorado childcare licensing rules and center policies Build positive, professional relationships with families Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, sleeping, and developmental activities Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure quality care and supervision Required Qualifications - Please Read Carefully These qualifications are required and not negotiable. Must have prior experience working with infants in a licensed childcare center Experience in home childcare, nannying, babysitting, schools, hospitals, or other facilities does not qualify Must hold a Colorado PDIS Level 2 or higher If you do not have a PDIS Level 2 or any ECE coursework, please do not apply for this position Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire Must complete a physical examination within 30 days of employment Must be reliable, professional, dependable, and able to work as part of a team Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for infant care are required If you meet all qualifications and are passionate about infant care in a licensed childcare setting, we encourage you to apply.
