Temporary (July- September) | 10 Hours/Week + Lab Assistant as
Needed Compensation:
$23.00- $27.
Schedule:
Morning:
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM (PRN)
Afternoon:
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 1:00 PM- 5:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and meet established curriculum objectives. Provide hands-on lab support and assist students with clinical skill development. Evaluate and grade student coursework and assignments within 72 hours. Maintain regularly scheduled office hours to advise and assist students. Communicate proactively with leadership regarding student academic or behavioral concerns. Coordinate guest speakers, clinical site visits, and student externship supervision. Maintain accurate and complete student records including attendance, incident reports, and early alerts. Enforce safety and security standards for students, staff, and visitors.Minimum Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program OR minimum 3 years of equivalent job-related training and experience. Minimum 3 years of full-time practical Medical Assistant experience. Current, unencumbered national MA certification (CMA or RMA); willingness to obtain certification if not currently held. Applicable state and local professional credentials as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.Preferred Qualifications:
Prior classroom or lab teaching experience. Advanced clinical expertise in a specialty area.Compensation & Benefits:
