Job Description

Monarch Montessori is seeking an Elementary Teacher Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year to join our team of supportive educators and grow with our school for years to come. Monarch Montessori is a Public DPS Charter Elementary school serving grades K-5th.

Qualifications:

Completion of 36 college credit hours Previous work experience in an Elementary School Strong preference for experience working in either a public school setting, Title I and/or Montessori School Fluency in Spanish a plus

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
