Job Overview Equine Program Assistant - Meaningful Part-Time Opportunity! We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, horse-loving person to join our adaptive/therapeutic riding program team. This is much more than a "barn job." Our program helps children and individuals grow confidence, resilience, responsibility, emotional connection, and life skills through relationships with horses. We are looking for someone who: genuinely enjoys people and children is dependable and willing to learn notices what needs to be done and takes initiative enjoys being part of a mission-driven environment is calm, kind, and emotionally mature has horse experience Responsibilities may include: grooming and preparing horses helping set up lessons and activities assisting during riding sessions supporting students and families helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment This position is ideal for someone who: wants meaningful work loves horses and helping people is interested in therapeutic/adaptive riding may eventually want to pursue PATH certification or deeper involvement in equine-assisted services.
