• Full-time Teacher assistants will assist a Lead teacher and will work with a group of 16 children in a cozy and beautiful designed Montessori room.

The assistant will assist the Lead teacher in the daily activities: 1. Maintain an organized and clean environment and help teachers have the classroom materials and activities ready every day. 2. The teacher assistant must work with a group of 16 children and help them develop skills for independence, movement and coordination, concentration, language acquisition, and confidence in discovering and exploring the environment. The assistant must be nurturing, compassionate, and peaceful around children. The assistant must also be willing to help with bathroom routines. 3.Must maintain an open, friendly, and cooperative environment and be willing to work with school staff and families as a team to grow the school.

Bilingual:

Spanish-English. Preferably experience working with children ages 1 to 6 years old.
