In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging Montessori learning environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives through innovative teaching practices and compassionate care. Perfect for a Montessori or Front Range Early Childhood student completing their practicum. Previous early childhood or Montessori experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. Tired of working early mornings, late evenings and weekends? Our program is open Monday- Friday 8-5:30. Responsibilities MUST have reliable transportation and excellent attendance. MUST be able to pass a fingerprinted background check. Assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional development. Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and facilitating a safe, respectful environment for children. Experience Prior experience working with children in preschool, childcare, or early childhood education settings is preferred. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and specialists.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
