Schedule:
Monday•Friday 9:00am-6:00pm About Us At The Learning Experience in Cheshire, CT, we make early education joyful! Our mission is to create a happy, nurturing environment where children, families, and teachers grow together. We're looking for a caring, energetic Teacher to join our team and help our littlest learners explore the world around them. What You'll Do Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment. Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom tasks. Build strong relationships with families by sharing daily updates, photos, and milestones. Collaborate with other teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive and supportive workplace. Model best practices in early childhood education and help guide assistant teachers in the classroom. Ensure compliance with all Connecticut state licensing and safety standards. What We're Looking For CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude!
