Competitive, based on experience Cornerstone Medical Training Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in clinical and administrative medical assisting.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging curriculum aligned with industry standards. Provide instruction in clinical and administrative medical assisting, including patient care, medical procedures, and office management. Prepare students for national certification exams such as CCMA, RMA, or CMA. Evaluate student progress through assignments, practical skills assessments, and exams. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical assisting trends and best practices. Offer guidance and mentorship to students to support their career development.
Requirements:
Certification as a Medical Assistant (CCMA, RMA, or CMA required). Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Medical Assistant. Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
