Paraprofessional•Part-Time Classroom Paraprofessional (Union Position)
Nayaug Elementary School WAGES:
$20.17 per hour
SCHEDULE
18 hours per week
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
11:15 am•3:15 pm
Early Dismissal Wednesday:
11:15 am•1:15 pm
DUTIES:
Assists teaching staff by providing support to students, working one on one and within small groups. Under the direction of the teacher, performs classroom duties associated with the education and behavioral management of students. Monitors students during recess and lunch periods. Performs related work as required or as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to engage students, work well in small groups and follow teacher instructions. Good communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate easily and work well with students and staff.
