Job Description

Join Our Team as a Paraprofessional / Teacher's Assistant!
Locations:
Avon, Hebron, Canton, and Farmington Experience:
No prior experience required. Must hold a valid driver's license.
Shift:
1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM No summer shutdown
Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Support Special Education Teachers in the classroom Assist with lesson preparation and instruction Provide direct, hands-on support to students Reinforce classroom and school rules to promote positive behavior Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce lessons Assist with behavior management and track student progress Prepare classroom materials as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children or the elderly is a plus
