Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program Assistant for Training & Advocacy to join our dedicated team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support impactful training initiatives and advocacy efforts aimed at empowering communities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to help coordinate programs, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations. Duties Assist in planning, organizing, and executing training sessions and advocacy campaigns Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating databases using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support bookkeeping activities with QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial documentation Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email promptly and courteously Coordinate calendar management for program events, meetings, and outreach activities Requirements At least an Associate degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems is essential At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a supportive administrator role preferred Experience in a religious setting or non-profit institution a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus U.S. work authorization required Join us in making a difference! Pay:
$27.00 - $29.00 per hour
