Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about childhood development and eager to contribute to the growth and education of young learners. Duties Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lesson plans and activities. Support classroom management by maintaining a safe and organized environment. Engage with students during lessons, providing guidance and encouragement. Help supervise children during various activities, including playtime, meals, and transitions. Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing materials, grading assignments, and maintaining student records. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative learning atmosphere. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Skills The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Knowledge of childhood development principles. Strong classroom management abilities. Experience in nannying or caregiving roles. Familiarity with early childhood education practices. Background in babysitting or working with infants. Experience in daycare settings or similar environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children and adults. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative.
