In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children in our care. You will work closely with students to foster their growth and development through engaging activities and individualized attention. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages and possess a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Responsibilities Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Supervise and engage with children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child's development. Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their growth and achievements. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards. Collaborate with other staff members to support the needs of children with special requirements or disabilities. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Qualifications Experience working with students in a classroom setting is preferred. Background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable. 18 years of age or older Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, preschool education, and special education practices. First aid certification is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children, families, and staff members. A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students.
