Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Behavior Technician/Paraprofessional Soliant has an opening for a contracted Registered Behavior Technician in the Windsor, CT area. Qualifications:
- Previous Experience with ABA programs Experience working with children with special needs Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in implementing behavior intervention plans utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Skilled in data collection and analysis to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and school staff.
