At CommuniKids, children develop fluency in a second language while participating in a high-quality, developmentally appropriate preschool program. As a leading NAEYC-accredited language immersion preschool , we are committed to providing a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for both children and educators. Schedule Part-Time | Monday - Friday Position Responsibilities Support the lead teacher throughout the school day Participate in circle time, arts and crafts, and classroom activities Assist in implementing educational curriculum Help maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment Assist children with daily routines Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization Sanitize toys and classroom materials regularly to promote health and safety Assist with classroom management and transitions Encourage language development and social-emotional growth in young children Qualifications Minimum requirement: CDA (Child Development Associate) credential Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred Minimum of 2 years of preschool teaching or childcare experience preferred Native Spanish speaker preferred Strong communication skills in English Energetic, creative, patient, and dependable Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team Passion for working with young children Requirements Candidates must be willing to complete: Background checks TB Test First Aid Certification CPR Certification Candidates must also possess a valid work permit authorizing employment in the United States.
