Early Childhood Lead and Assistant Teacher - Full Time or Seasonal

The Siegel JCC Early Childhood Center in North Wilmington is looking for Early Childhood Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher to join our team! Essential Functions:

Planning, supervising, and implementing an age-appropriate experiential program in accordance with the policies and philosophy of the ECC; Gearing the program to the needs of the individual child with concerns for their developmental progress and level; • Treating each child with dignity and respect; help each child become aware of their role as an integral member of the group; Creating and collaborating with colleagues to formulate an effective classroom teaching team.
