They must love children, education and love the fun chaos active children create. Here are more skills that we are looking for in our early childhood educators: Responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all students. Responsible for the classroom management. Complete and maintain all state required training by deadlines. Create positive educational climate for students to learn in. Meet school-wide student performance goals.. Ensure that students fully understand their material. Observe and evaluate student performance. Keep parents updated on their children. Create activities to enhance the Clearwater Academy curriculum and provides students with opportunities to apply what they have learned. Establish and communicate clear objective for all learning activities. Prepare and distribute required reports.
