Through art, creativity, imagination, movement, music, and meaningful experiences, our mission is to help children build confidence, express themselves freely, and discover their inner light. We are looking for warm, creative, reliable, and energetic team members to join our growing team as Instructors and Event Assistants for children's art programs, after-school classes, and birthday events. This role includes leading or assisting with after-school art and theatre classes at schools, as well as art birthday parties and special events, primarily on weekends. What We Offer

- Lead or assist with after-school art and theatre classes.
- Lead or assist with art birthday parties, creative stations, music, games, and themed activities.
- Prepare materials, set up activity areas, style event spaces, and keep supplies organized.
- Guide children through painting, crafts, mixed media, theatre, movement, and creative activities.
- Keep children engaged, encouraged, and safe.
- Communicate professionally with children, parents, schools, and team members.
- Help with cleanup, packing supplies, and event breakdown. Skills & Qualifications
- Love working with children and bring warm, cheerful, positive energy.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred.
- Experience in art, theatre, education, camps, childcare, birthday parties, dance, music, or creative activities is a plus.
- Creative, patient, responsible, organized, caring, and flexible.
- Comfortable speaking in front of children and parents.
- Able to confidently manage group dynamics and children's behavior with patience and professionalism.
- Comfortable helping with setup, cleanup, and carrying light supplies.
