The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curricula, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the growth and development of each child. Duties Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and physical education. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress. Provide individualized support through Foster communication with parents regarding their child's development and progress. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children, emphasizing child welfare. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience. Maintain records of student achievements and classroom activities. Experience Proven experience working with children in various educational settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong background in childhood development principles Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management is essential. 45
