The ideal candidate will help create a warm, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth of children. Monday-Friday 8:00-1:00 pm. •Candidate must have experience working with children and have their 45 DCF hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Help implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Encourage age-appropriate learning through play, hands-on activities, and guided exploration. Build positive relationships with children and families. Collaborate with lead teacher and staff to support the overall mission of the program. Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and school policies.
